Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to get a response?
Our team responds to all enquiries within 24 to 48 working hours. If you send clinical documentation for a second opinion, the board reviews it and we send you a written proposal. When tests are missing to assess the case, we tell you exactly which ones are needed.
Do you offer second medical opinions?
Yes. You can send your medical documentation by email or through the form on this page. The case is reviewed by a multidisciplinary board and you receive a written proposal. It is particularly worth requesting before a first operation, since the quality of that surgery shapes the whole prognosis.
Do you treat international patients?
Yes, we treat patients from all over the world. We have an international patient coordinator and offer care in English, French, Italian and Spanish. The initial assessment is made remotely from your reports and imaging, so you only travel once there is a concrete proposal.
What documentation should I send?
Recent medical reports, imaging studies (CT or MRI), pathology reports and a summary of the treatment you have already received. If you only have part of that documentation, send what you have: the team reviews it and tells you what is missing to give a reliable assessment.
What is the cost of the first consultation?
It varies with the type of assessment required, so the team tells you the cost at first contact, before you commit to anything. If you have private insurance, the coordinator checks what your policy covers and what prior authorisation your insurer requires.
