Axes de travail:

• En charge des programmes de traitement de la carcinose péritonéale depuis 1995, permettant à l’ICM d’être centre de référence RENAPE depuis l’origine.
• Développement du programme PIPAC (pressured intra peritoneal aerosol chemotherapy) à l’ICM depuis mai 2016
• Spécialisé dans la prise en charge des tumeurs du foie et des voies biliaires, en particulier dans la chirurgie des métastases hépatiques.
• Spécialisé dans la chirurgie des tumeurs rétro-péritonéales d’exérèse complexe par le développement de techniques opératoires en double équipe oncologique et vasculaire.

Recherche Clinique: Carcinose péritonéale

Etudes propres à l’équipe:

• Investigateur principal de l’étude multicentrique de phase III « PRODIGE 7 » : évaluant la place de la chimiohyperthermie intrapéritonéale peropératoire (CHIP) après résection maximale d’une carcinose péritonéale d’origine colo-rectale.
• Investigateur principal de l’étude de phase I « NIPOX » : Traitement d’induction par intensification intrapéritonéale par Oxaliplatine d’une chimiothérapie systémique par FOLFIRI pour les patients avec carcinose péritonéale irrésecable.
• Investigateur principal de l’étude de phase I « FLUOCAR » évaluant la toxicité du SGM 101, anticorps monoclonal anti ACE associé à un fluorochrome, pour la détection intra-opératoire des lésions de carcinose péritonéale d’origine colo-rectale
